Upper Norton

Amenities

Shops & Restaurants

Described by John Betjeman as "the loveliest town in England" - and by Country Life as "the most vibrant small town in the country" - nearby Ludlow is regarded as the UK's 'food capital' and, despite its diminutive size, has more Michelin-starred restaurants than any other town in the country.

The town also has a number of attractions in its own right. In particular, the team at Upper Norton has a supply of 'Passports to Craven Arms' - offering £1 per person discounts for: the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre; Land of Lost Content; Acton Scott; Mickey Miller's Play Barn and Stokesay Castle.

The nearest town, Craven Arms - approximately two and a half miles away - has all 'the essentials', including two supermarkets, a chemist, bakery, butchers, two banks, a post office and petrol stations.
